- Postgraduate students pursuing MD / DNB Radiology courses are eligible to
participate.
(Candidates pursuing DM / PDCC / Post-PG Fellowships are eligible for participation but
not
eligible for prizes .)
- Registration of the first author is mandatory for this conference.
The abstract body is limited to 300 words, excluding the title, author names, and
institutional affiliations and
must be submitted strictly as per the prescribed format. Abstracts not conforming to the
format will not be
considered for evaluation.
The Scientific Papers should be original studies done
by
presenter and in the format below:
- Title of the Paper.
- Author
- Affiliation (Institution to which the author is attached)
- Aim
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Papers selected based on submitted abstracts will be permitted for oral presentation.
The total time allotted for each presentation will be 10 minutes (8 minutes for
presentation
and 2 minutes for
discussion).
- A Best Paper Award will be presented to the paper adjudged as the best oral
presentation.
Certificates of participation will be issued to all candidates whose papers are selected
for
oral presentation.

Postgraduate students may present papers on:
- Thesis topics already completed
- Thesis topics currently under progress
- Recent original studies conducted in their respective departments in which they
are
actively involved
Note: The paper should not have been published earlier.
- The abstract (in MS Word format) along with a scanned copy of the covering letter, duly
signed by the Head
of the Department, must be submitted via email to the official CME email ID

- Participants are requested to clearly mention their contact address, mobile number, and
email ID in the
covering letter for future correspondence.
- Intimation regarding selection status will be communicated to the registered email ID
after
scrutiny.
Authors of accepted papers ONLY will
be required to send the powerpoint presentation to
