Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation is permitted only against a written request addressed to organizing secretary submitted to conference secretariat as mentioned below :
    1. 75% refund till 15th October 2022
    2. 50% refund till 15th November 2022
    3. No refund after this date.
    Payment will be made after the conference.Refund will be after deducting GST from paid registration.
  • Refunds will be made in the following ways -for payments credit or debit cards/netbanking,the fee amount after the deduction of GST amount will be refunded. additional bank transactional charges will not be refunded.all payments will be refunded through bank transfer / cheque to the payee nominated account.
